Terms of service

These terms are between you (the business using Aha Voice) and Aha Voice ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Aha Voice provides an AI assistant that answers phone calls for your business, takes booking requests and messages, and gives you recordings, transcripts and summaries. It is not a medical service and does not give medical advice. You remain responsible for your clients, your bookings and your treatments.

Free month and billing

New Aha Voice accounts get their first month free. After that you pay the monthly fee shown on our pricing page plus a per-minute charge for call time, billed monthly in advance for the plan and in arrears for minutes. AhaAffiliate accounts pay their monthly fee and per-minute charges for all their clients' calls. Prices include VAT where it applies. You can cancel any time; service continues to the end of the paid period.

Your responsibilities

You must tell callers that calls are recorded (the assistant does this in its greeting by default), use the service lawfully, make sure the information it uses about your business is accurate, and not use it for unsolicited marketing calls. You're responsible for any phone forwarding you set up.

Phone numbers

Numbers we provide stay ours to manage while your account is active. If you cancel, we may release the number after 30 days. Numbers you bring stay yours.

AhaAffiliate

Affiliates may resell the service to their own clients at prices they set. Affiliates are responsible for their agreements with, and billing of, their clients, and for making sure their clients follow these terms.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep the service running but can't promise it will never fail, mishear a caller or make a mistake. Check summaries and confirm bookings yourself. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we're not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
