Who we are

Aha Voice runs AI phone receptionists for businesses. For the calls we answer on a business's behalf, that business is the data controller and we are its processor. For your own account details, we are the controller.

What we collect

How we use it

To answer calls for you, show them in your dashboard, email you summaries, bill you, and improve how your assistant answers your callers. We don't sell personal data and don't use your callers' data to market to them.

Who we share it with

Only the providers needed to run the service: call handling (Vapi, Twilio), speech (Deepgram, ElevenLabs), AI models (Anthropic), email (Resend), payments (Stripe) and hosting. Each is bound by a data processing agreement. Some may process data outside the UK under approved safeguards.

How long we keep it

Call recordings, transcripts and summaries are kept while your account is active and deleted within 90 days of closing it, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data. Callers who want to exercise their rights should contact the business they called; we'll help that business respond. Contact: privacy@ahavoice.co.uk. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, dashboards are only visible to your team, and credentials we hold for you are encrypted at rest.
